Asha Singh, Complainant in Unnav Gang Rape Case filed a petition before the Supreme Court for transferring Criminal Case from Delhi To Unnav. The petition was listed before the Supreme Court today before the court of Justice Bela M. Trivedi.

The Supreme Court had earlier transferred the Criminal Cases from UP to the court of Judge Dharmesh Sharma, Patiala House Court. 

There were total 4 trials; out of them 3 trials have been concluded and trial in one case is still pending. 

The advocate for the complainant urged it urged before the Supreme Court that the petitioner/complainant are not in a condition to travel from Unnav to Delhi. There are a125 witnesses and only 15-20 witnesses have been examined till now. It was also argued that recently Delhi High Court had transferred the case to the court of Saket from Patiala Court.
