In the latest notification issued by the Rajasthan High Court administration, e-filing has been made compulsory for filing of certain petitions. The notification says that " it is hereby notified that from 01.10.2023, filing of all fresh Division Bench Matters irrespective of filed by State Government, or Central Government or by private parties shall be only through mandatory e-filing in terms of guidelines dated 09.01.2O2O (As amended on 20.12.2O21) issued for e-filing in Rajasthan High Court, copy of which is enclosed herewith."
The High Court has given sufficient time to all concerned to get accustomed to the system of e-filing and it has been made mandatory from 01.10.2023. Although the process would begin from 01.08.2023 so that by the time it is made mandatory, all concerned would get used to of the system.
The e-filing will be done on e-filing portal of Honble e-Committee, Supreme Court of India, the link of which is http:efiling.ecourts.gov.in/raj/.
The notification further says that:-
"For convenience, the facility of scanning and/ or e-filing has also been made available on e-filing Counters in Rajasthan High Court Jodhpur and Jaipur Bench through M/s Enhira Software Solutions Ltd. which is already doing scanning and digitization work in Rajasthan High Court, where computer system will also be made available to concerned advocatel litigant for the purpose of entering user ID and password on e-filing portal. After login, assistance of personnel of the aforesaid firm may be taken for required entries for e-filing."
