Rahul Gandhi has filed an appeal against the order of Gujarat High Court which the Apex Court directed to be listed today. The case is listed before the Bench of Justices BR Gavai and Prashant Kumar Mishra. Earlier Justice Bela M. Trivedi was also part of the bench but now it has to be heard by a Division Bench.

The case is listed in court No.4 as Item No. 38 and it is learnt that the top brace of the Congress Advocate would appear for Rahul Gandhi.
