The Central Government on Thursday notified the transfer of Justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma from Patna High Court to Punjab and Haryana High Court.

Law Minister Kiren Rijiju on his Twitter wrote: “In exercise of the power conferred by the Constitution of India, the President of India, after consultation with Chief Justice of India, is pleased to appoint the following as Judges in the High Courts and also transfer High Court Judges.”

The Supreme Court Collegium had recommended the transfer of three High Court judges including Justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma on 29th March.
