The Central Government has cleared the name of Sr. Adv. KV Viswanathan and Justice Prashant Kr. Mishra for the appointment of judges of the Supreme Court. 

The swearing-in Ceremony would take place tomorrow at 10:30 AM in the Supreme Court. The Swearing-in Ceremony would be live-streamed at www.sci.gov.in or https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jPkIv0pvg6w tomorrow.

New Union Law Minister Arjun Meghwal tweeted the news of their appointment late Thursday night.

There would be the last day functioning of three more judges in the Supreme Court. Justice KM Joseph, Justice Ajay Rastogi, and Justice V. Balasubramanian are retiring during the ensuing summer break.
