A Division Bench of Rajasthan High Court has asked the former Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court Govind Mathur to check the copies of petitioners randomly in the matter relating to ADJ Recruitment-2020.
The bench of Justices Pankaj Bhandari and Bhuwan Goyal has directed to give the copies to the former Chief Justice of Allahabad High
Court for random checking.
The matter related to the selection of only 04 candidates against 85 posts from the advocate's quota.
Examiner and Advocate Pradeep Malik and others said in the petition that the papers of the recruitment examination were long and only four candidates were called for the interview instead of four times the number of candidates for the vacant posts whereas 779 candidates should have been considered qualified for the main examination.
In the petitions, requests have been made to fill the remaining 81 seats of the advocate's quota by giving the benefit of bonus marks to the
qualified candidates.
