Delhi HC Bar Association Elects New Panel: Senior Advocates N Hariharan as President, Sacchin Puri as VP

The Delhi High Court Bar Association (DHCBA) elections took place on March 21, 2025. Senior Advocate N Hariharan emerged victorious as the President, securing 2,967 votes and surpassing three other Senior Advocates—Kirti Uppal, Abhijat, and Vivek Sood.

Senior Advocate N. Hariharan has been practicing criminal law for 34 years. An alumnus of the Faculty of Law, he enrolled in 1987 and was designated as a Senior Advocate in 2013.

Meanwhile, Senior Advocate Sacchin Puri, a graduate of Campus Law Centre-II, secured the position of Vice President of the DHCBA.

Advocate Vikram Singh Panwar secured victory as the Secretary of the DHCBA.

Advocate Kanika Singh won the post of Treasurer of the DHCBA with 4,493 votes, defeating two other candidates.

Advocate Kunal Malhotra secured the position of Joint Secretary of the DHCBA with 3,381 votes.
