Four Supreme Court judges have been infected with the Covid-19 virus, while one has recently recovered.

Last week also one of the Judge, Justice Surya Kant was infected with the virus.

Media reports say that Justices Aniruddha Bose, S Ravindra Bhat, JB Pardiwala and Manoj Misra are also infected with the virus.

Justice S. Ravindra Bhat is sitting in the constitution bench which is hearing the same sex marriage case.

CJI Dr. DY Chandrachud has recently requested all the lawyers to appear through video conferencing due to the increasing cases of Corona Virus.

The remark of the CJI came when Sr. Advocate Indira Jaisingh while mentioning a matter had a cough.
