The Court of Chief justice of supreme court of India today sitting with Justice Ravindra Bhat and Justice PS Narasimha granted regular bail to Sidhique Kappan accused of preparing Riots after Hathras Rape incident. It is learnt that some objectionable material was found from him.

The condition of bail put by the Top Court is that for 6 weeks he would stay in Delhi and then he would be free to go to Kerala as well and report to the nearest Police station every week. 

Sr. Advocate Kapil Sibbal appeared for the accused and the bail was defended by Sr. Advocate Mahesh Jethmalani who was appearing for the state of UP.
