The Supreme Court Vacation has started today. The Court is closed for the Winter Vacation. It will Reopen on the 02nd January, 2024.

Supreme Court will have a 17 days winter break. 15th December 2023 was the last working day before the winter break. 

During this winter break, Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul would retire. Presently the Supreme Court is working at full strength and after the retirement of Justice Kaul, there would be one vacancy.

The Vacation Officer Mr. Naresh Kumar Goel, Deputy Registrar would be working during this period for any urgent filing.
