Advocates Padmesh Mishra and Arkaj Kumar have been selected as retained legal representatives to serve in the capacity of counsel for the Enforcement Directorate (ED) when representing the organization in matters before the Delhi High Court.

The appointment is for a duration of three years, with the possibility of an annual evaluation or assessment.

In a letter addressed to the special director of ED, it was stated that, "in connection with this matter, it is hereby communicated that the competent authority has granted approval for the new appointments of Mr. Padmesh Mishra and Mr. Arkaj Kumar as Retainer Counsels to the Honorable High Court of Delhi within its jurisdiction. These appointments are valid for a three-year term, with the added provision of an annual review."
