Manish Sisodia reaches Supreme Court against arrest, hearing will be held at 3.50 pm TODAY

Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia has reached the Supreme Court challenging his arrest and CBI probe. A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court demanding an immediate hearing in this matter. Abhishek Manu Singhvi will represent Manish Sisodia. The matter will be heard at 3.50 pm.

The arrest of Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia comes at a time when the Delhi government has to present the annual budget next month. Manish Sisodia is the Finance Minister in the Government of Delhi.

Even during the appearance in Rouse Avenue Court on Monday, Manish Sisodia's lawyers had talked about presenting the budget. However, he was sent on five-day remand.

After the arrest of Manish Sisodia, the CBI produced him before the special court.
