The Delhi High Court Bar Association (DHCBA) has established a placement cell to assist young lawyers in securing positions in established litigation chambers. The DHCBA has also launched a LinkedIn page called "Delhi High Court Bar Association Placement Cell." “Through this page, DHCBA hopes to act as a facilitator between young aspiring lawyers and established litigating chambers," it said in a brief overview of the page.

Young lawyers interested in joining a litigating chamber should send an email to recruitment.dhcbar@gmail.com. Any litigating chamber, law firm, or MNC looking for young lawyers to join their team, on the other hand, can send an email to placement.celldhcbar@gmail.com.

The DHCBA has also issued a notice outlining the procedure for announcing the vacancy through the placement cell. The recruiters will email the name of the office, the number of openings, the area of practise, the office location, the experience requirement, the name and contact information for the person, and the email address. “…members who are seeking placement may kindly send us e-mail on placement.celldhcba@gmail.com,” the notice states.

It adds that DHCBA will act as intermediary between the recruiter and applicant.
