On Monday, a Delhi court extended the judicial custody of AAP leader and former deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia in connection with a corruption case involving the alleged excise policy scam.

Special Judge for CBI and ED, Kaveri Baweja, extended Manish Sisodia's custody until July 22 after he was produced before the court via video conference upon the expiry of his judicial custody.

On April 30, the court dismissed Sisodia's bail pleas in the corruption and money laundering cases filed by the CBI and ED concerning the alleged Delhi excise policy scam.
