Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court has approved the application of AAP leader and former Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia to release money from the MLA fund for development.
Sisodia's counsel told the court that earlier also the court had approved the application regarding the release of money from the MLA's fund. Manish Sisodia's application was not opposed by the CBI.

The AAP leader had filed an application in the court seeking permission from the court regarding the release of money from the MLA's fund for development.
The Rouse Avenue court adjourned the hearing of the CBI case related to excise policy. Now the matter will be heard on 20 September. The court directed all the accused to give copies of the documents attached to the charge sheet.
