Recently, the Central Government notified the appointment of four members. These appointments consist of two judicial members and two technical members.
In this regard, the proposal from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has been approved by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC).
The two judicial members appointed are:
Justice Yogesh Khanna (former judge of Delhi High Court).
Justice Sharad Kumar Sharma (former judge of Uttarakhand High Court).
The two technical members are:
Indevar Pandey (IAS)
Jatindranath Swain (Retd IAS)
These appointed members will be entitled to a monthly salary of ₹2,25,000. Their tenure is set for a duration of 4 years, or until they reach the age of 67, or until further orders, whichever occurs earlier.
