The Bombay Bar Association has passed a resolution requesting to take action against Advocate RK Pathan who claims himself to be President of the Bar Association of the Supreme Court and High Court Litigants Association and written to the President of India and Chief Justice of India leveling serious allegations against Justice DY Chandrachud who is set to be the next Chief Justice of India. The allegations have been leveled against Justice DY Chandrachud and his son.

The Standing Committee has requested strict action against advocate RK Pathan and his associates in the preparation of the complaint. The Association also indicated in the letter that the complaint of Mr. Pathan is ex-facie False, Baseless and malicious.

The Complaint also noted a fact that Mr. Pathan has been doing such action in the past also with an intention of intimidating the judiciary and interfering in the administration of justice.

The Resolution lastly requested the President, Prime Minister, Chief Justice of India, and CVC not to take any cognizance of the complaint of Mr. Pathan and strict action must be taken against him.
