It is worth noting that the Odisha High Court currently has an approved strength of 33 judges. However, including the present Chief Justice, the High Court presently has a total of 20 judges. With the swearing-in of the two new judges, the total number of judges in the Odisha High Court will increase to 22. This expansion will help in addressing the judicial workload and ensuring timely dispensation of justice in the state.
