Day after the statement given by the Central Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal, there has been an conflits in Kota District of the Rajasthan.

The lawyers in Kota, have been protesting for the past few days demanding the establishment of a High Court bench and a virtual center.

They have also submitted a memorandum to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, urging for the establishment of a virtual bench in Kota.

The president of the Kota Bar Council, Pramod Kumar Sharma, held that if a virtual center of the High Court is established in Bikaner, then it should also be set up in Kota.

If this does not happen, there will be a fierce protest in Kota, and lawyers will carry out intense agitation.

President Pramod Sharma said that number odf cases are pending in Rajasthan High Court from Kota and the surrounding and the people from Kota and nearby areas travel approximately 500 kilometers to Jaipur to seek justice and then return.

''In such a situation, the people here face the most inconvenience. 40% of the cases in the High Court are from Kota. Lawyers protesting for the establishment of a High Court bench in Kota have been doing so for 21 years. Providing affordable, simple, and speedy justice to the common people of Hadoti is the responsibility of the government. The establishment of a High Court bench in Kota is the most essential at the district level. If we have to carry out intense protests to fulfill this demand, we will''

Last year, the Supreme Court of India held that there is no requirement to create the new benches of the Orissa High Court in a day and age when the use of technology is already widespread.
