Adv Aarohi Bhalla Appointed Sikkim’s Additional Advocate General in Delhi

The Sikkim government has appointed advocate Aarohi Bhalla as the Additional Advocate General (AAG) to represent the state in legal matters in Delhi. 

The Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department confirmed the appointment through an official order issued on March 5. 

Bhalla, a Supreme Court practitioner with over 25 years of litigation experience, will handle Sikkim’s cases before the Supreme Court and other judicial forums. 

A graduate of Delhi University's Campus Law Centre (1999), he has represented state governments, corporate entities, and individuals across various High Courts and the Supreme Court. His expertise spans commercial and contractual disputes, indirect taxation, arbitration, and matters under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
