Senior Advocate Vivek Subba Reddy has been re-elected as the President of the Advocates' Association, Bengaluru (AAB) for a second consecutive term, securing a record 6,820 votes.
His closest contender, former AAB President Ranganath AP, received 4,518 votes.
Other candidates in the fray included:
- Rajanna R – 1,473 votes
- Nanjappa Kalegowda – 123 votes
- Ravi TG – 378 votes
- Rajashekhara TA – 90 votes
Key Office Bearers Elected
- Vice President: Girish Kumar CS won the newly created post with 5,060 votes, defeating CR Gowda (3,128 votes). Other contenders included Vedamurthy A (2,806 votes), Santhosh TC (1,542 votes), Suvarna R (421 votes), and Venkata Reddy (237 votes).
- General Secretary: Praveen Gowda HV secured 4,854 votes, surpassing Harisha MT (3,728 votes), Shivamurthy (2,321 votes), Akki Manjunath Gowda (2,188 votes), and Chandrashekhar MH (124 votes).
- Treasurer (Women’s Reserved Post): Shwetha Ravishankar won with 2,950 votes in a closely contested race. Geetha Raj was the runner-up with 1,860 votes, followed by:

- Shailaja K – 1,267 votes
- Hemalatha V – 1,142 votes
- Meenakshi K – 636 votes
- Manjula L – 534 votes
- Manjula P – 500 votes
