The Supreme Court announced on Thursday that it would hear petitions concerning the NEET-UG 2024 medical entrance exam on July 18.

Chief Justice D Y Chandrachud, leading the bench alongside Justices J B Pardiwala and Manoj Misra, acknowledged that the Centre and the National Testing Agency (NTA) had submitted their affidavits as per the court's directive issued on July 8.

However, lawyers representing some petitioners have yet to receive these affidavits from the Centre and the NTA.
