"Kerala High Court recently addressed a plea against mobile tower radiation, stating that mobile phones have become an integral part of human life and there is a lack of evidence to support claims of harmful effects of radiation from mobile towers."
Justice PV Kunhikrishnan, the single-judge presiding over the case, emphasized the ubiquitous nature of mobile phones and even questioned the petitioner and advocate about their own use of mobile phones.
The judge pointed out that the issue of mobile tower radiation has already been addressed in previous court judgments and highlighted the absence of evidence to substantiate concerns regarding harmful emissions.
Despite the advocate's request for an urgent hearing, the Court declined and scheduled the case for the following day.
