Mumbai Special Court gives relief to Bharti Singh and Harsh Limbachia in drug case

The Mumbai Special Court gives relief to Bharti Singh and Harsh Limbachia in a drug case. The Narcotics Control Bureau had filed a petition to cancel the bail of both celebs, which has been rejected by the court. 

The special single-headed bench of VV Patil had rejected this petition of NCB. Its detail orders came out on Tuesday. 

VV Patil is a special judge for cases under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

Bharti Singh and Harsh Limbachia got bail on a bond of 15000. Last year NCB filed charge sheet again the Couple. 

The court in its ordered that no such complaint came against the couple that they either violated the conditions of bail nor did they interfere in the work of law. In such a situation, his bail cannot be cancelled.

Case History -

Back in the year 2020, marijuana was recovered from the house of Bharti Singh and Harsh Limbachia. 

After that, both were arrested by NCB in the month of November. It was alleged that 86.5 grams of ganja were found in the couple's house. 

During the investigation of drugs, all the names from the glamor industry were screwed.
