The recruitment process for English stenographer positions by the High Court of Jharkhand has been formally commenced. Aspiring candidates are invited to apply online via the dedicated portal available at jharkhandhighcourt.nic.in.

The deadline for submitting applications is scheduled for March 31st.

To apply for the English stenographer position at the High Court of Jharkhand, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the official website at jharkhandhighcourt.nic.in.
  2. Navigate to the ‘Recruitment’ tab located on the homepage.
  3. Click on the designated link for registering for the English Stenographer post at the High Court of Jharkhand.
  4. Complete the registration process and proceed with the application submission.
  5. Fill out the application form with accurate details.
  6. Upload all requisite documents as per the provided guidelines.
  7. Remit the application fee through the specified payment gateway.
  8. Download and retain a copy of the duly filled-out form for future reference.

The recruitment campaign seeks to fill a combined total of 399 vacancies, distributed as follows:

  • 397 positions for English stenographers are designated for the civil courts within the State of Jharkhand.
  • An additional 2 positions allocated for the esteemed Judicial Academy Jharkhand, Ranchi

Prospective applicants must adhere to the specified age requirements outlined as follows:
For Un-reserved & EWS category: Minimum age of 21 years and not exceeding 35 years.
For BC-I and BC– II category: The age limit is extended to 37 years.
For female candidates (Un-reserved, EWS, BC-I, and BC-II): The age limit is set at 38 years.
For individuals belonging to the ST and SC categories: The maximum age limit is 40 years.

Candidates falling under the unreserved, EWS, BC-I, and BC-II categories are obligated to pay a fee of ₹500 for the application process. However, individuals belonging to the SC and ST categories are eligible for a reduced fee of ₹125.
