District Court Summons Pandit Over Marriage of Pakistani Woman Seema Haider and Indian Resident Sachin Meena

The Pandit responsible for officiating the marriage between Seema Haider from Pakistan and Sachin Meena from Rabupura has been summoned by the District Court.

This action follows a petition filed by Ghulam Haider, Seema Haider's husband from Pakistan, represented by advocate Momin Malik.

The court has accepted Malik's petition and has scheduled the next hearing for May 27.

Advocate Momin Malik said that the recently celebrated wedding anniversary of Seema Haider and Sachin Meena has been challenged in court. Those who participated in the program have been made parties in the case.

Apart from marriage, the processes of adoption of children and conversion were also challenged in court.

Seema Haider, a resident of Pakistan, came in contact with Sachin, a resident of Rabupura, Greater Noida, while playing PUBG.

She came to India illegally through Nepal with her four children and married Sachin. Both are currently living in Rabupura.
