The Central government on Friday approved the appointment of advocate Maneesh Sharma as a judge of the Rajasthan High Court.
Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal announced the decision on Twitter.
Sharma's name was initially recommended by the Supreme Court Collegium in October 2021, over three years ago.
