It it learnt to the law advice network that Advocate Jaideep Singh husband of the present Additional Solicitor General of India Aishwarya Bhati passed away this morning in Uttarakhand. The family was on vacation in Uttarakhand. He suffered a massive heart attack. 

Singh hails from Rajasthan and he was presently practicing in the Supreme Court of India. Singh is also the brother-in-law of Justice Pushpendra Singh Bhati of Rajasthan High Court and son-in-law of Captain KS Bhati, Advocate, Supreme Court of India. Aishwarya Bhati, Senior Advocate is serving in the present Modi Government as ASG.
