The bench of Justice JK Maheshwari and Justice Arvind Kumar scolded an advocate when he was appearing without his brief.

The bench got annoyed with the advocate when he appeared online and said that he did not possess the file. While dictating the order, the bench said that this is contrary to the Bar Council Rules.

The bench further adjourned the case to cure the defects in the case. The Court was not happy with the preparation of substituted cause title in the petition after the death of one of the parties to the lis.

Justice Arvind Kumar orally said that had this been High Court Registrar Judicial would have been summoned in the court.
