Skill Development Scam: SC directs Andhra Pradesh government to present documents, hearing to be held on October 9

While hearing a case of former Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu, who was arrested in the skill development scam case, the Supreme Court of India directed the Andhra Pradesh government to present the documents which were filed by them before the High Court.

Along with this, the Supreme Court has fixed October 9 for hearing the petition of former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu in the skill development scam case.

Chandrababu Naidu has filed a petition in the Supreme Court demanding cancellation of the FIR registered in the skill development scam case.

The next hearing in this case will be on October 9.

Earlier, the Supreme Court judge, Justice SVN Bhatti recused from hearing the petition submitted by former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu. Naidu's petition had sought to quash the ongoing criminal proceedings against him in relation to a significant skill development scandal that had unfolded in the state, involving multi-crore rupees.
