The hearing on the tussle between the two factions of Shiv Sena continued for the second day on February 15 in the Supreme Court. Let me tell you, a 5-judge constitutional bench of the Supreme Court is hearing the tussle between Uddhav Thackeray and Eknath Shinde faction. It is headed by Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud (CJI DY Chandrachud).

There was a commotion in the court on Wednesday. Suddenly the security increased in the Supreme Court corridor. Security personnel stood in place. People could understand something, in the meantime, CJI Chandrachud came out of the corridor and came to the platform of the main courtyard. The CJI was accompanied by the Secretary General of the Supreme Court, Sanjeev Kalgaonkar.

Chief Justice Chandrachud first went to all the offices of the Supreme Court and interacted with the employees there and took stock of their problems. Then went to the office of the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) and inquired about their problems from the officials there. SCBA officials told that there is less space, hence problems have to be faced.

After this, the Chief Justice reached out to the lawyers and inquired about their well-being and problems. Then went to court number 5 also. Let us tell you that ever since Justice DY Chandrachud took over as CJI, he often visits the court premises and takes problems and feedback from the staff.
