The Supreme Court of India has issued a circular in this regard that during summer vacation, it would have a hybrid system of hearing. 

The Supreme Court is going on summer vacation from 22.05.2023 till 03.07.2022.

Recently the Supreme Court had issued a list of 6130 cases to be listed during the summer vacations.

The circular says, As directed by the competent authority, the Registry shall provide hybrid option for listing of the Miscellaneous and Regular Hearing matters during the ensuing Summer Vacation commencing from 22.05.2023 to 02.07.2023 to the Ld. Members of the Bar/Party-in-Persons to ensure smooth functioning of the courts during the said period."
