The Supreme Court Collegium has proposed the transfer of Justice Sushrut Arvind Dharmadhikari from the Madhya Pradesh High Court to the Kerala High Court. This recommendation comes in the wake of deliberations held on March 20, March 24, and April 3, 2025.

Justice Dharmadhikari, born on July 8, 1966, in Raipur, brings with him over two decades of legal experience. After enrolling in the profession in 1992, he practiced for 24 years at the Madhya Pradesh High Court. From 2000 to 2015, he served as Standing Counsel for the Union of India.

He was elevated as an Additional Judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court on April 7, 2016, and was confirmed as a Permanent Judge on March 17, 2018.
