SC Collegium Recommends Appointment of Three Judicial Officers as Rajasthan HC Judges

The Supreme Court Collegium has proposed the elevation of three judicial officers as judges of the Rajasthan High Court.

The recommended candidates are:

  • Chandra Shekhar Sharma
  • Pramil Kumar Mathur
  • Chandra Prakash Shrimali

This decision was made during a meeting held on December 22, chaired by Chief Justice of India Sanjiv Khanna.

The Rajasthan High Court currently operates with 32 judges against a sanctioned strength of 50, leaving 18 positions vacant.
