The Division Bench of Rajasthan High Court comprising of Acting CJ Manindra Mohan Shrivastava and Justice Vinod Kumar Bharwani today indicated during the hearing of a Writ Appeal filed by the Rajasthan Pubilc Service Commission.

The bench expressed its difficulty in hearing the Writ appeal when the matter could not be heard for the want of service.  The Bench expressed that Service of notice is necessary and is required to be completed in all the cases. 

"We acknowledge that hearing in many cases could not be done for want of service of notice. There is need for appropriate mechanism to be framed for service of notice through digital mode." The Bench expressed.
