President Appoints Three New Judges to Raj HC

The President of India has exercised powers under Article 217 of the Constitution to appoint three new judges to the Rajasthan High Court.

The appointees are Chandra Shekhar Sharma, Pramil Kumar Mathur, and Chandra Prakash Shrimali, who will assume their offices in that order of seniority.

They will officially take charge of their respective offices on the date of assumption.

In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint S/Shri (i) Chandra Shekhar Sharma, (ii) Pramil Kumar Mathur and (iii) Chandra Prakash Shrimali, to be Judges of the Rajasthan High Court, in that order of seniority, with effect from the date they assume the charge of their respective offices.
