Patna High Court has granted regular bail to YouTuber Manish Kashyap in the case of making a fake video viral.

A single bench of Justice Sunil Kumar Panwar approved the bail plea of ​​Manish Kashyap after hearing the arguments of the parties concerned.

However, Manish Kashyap will still have to go through many processes to come out of jail. FIRs are registered against him in other states as well. In such a situation, the way for Manish to get out of jail will be clear only after getting information about other cases.

Currently, Manish Kashyap has been kept in Beur jail.

An FIR was registered against Manish by the Economic Research Unit in May this year in connection with the handcuffed photo going viral.

Adesh Raj Singh and Saurabh Rai, advocates for Manish Kashyap, highlighted that numerous cases had been filed against him. In several instances, he had already secured bail from both the District Court and Patna High Court. Presently, all remaining cases against Manish have also resulted in bail being granted by the courts.
