Chief Justice of India Dr. DY Chandrachud praised his tech team. He told how the tech team of the Supreme Court worked through the night to fix the glitches in the ICT network.

CJI said, “There was some glitch in our ICT network. Our team was working through the night and then left the office at 5:30 in the morning. They didn't even get extra money for this like the private sector. But he did because he likes his job. But he did it for the love of the job. He stayed awake all night and did all this just so that our work could go on.

CJI Chandrachud has been the chairman of that e-committee. Its work is to give advice for technical communication and management-related changes. All expenditure related to the functioning of the e-Committee is met from the budget approved by the Supreme Court of India.

E-Committee has adopted ICT for online hearing. With the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), cases are settled online.
