"Lower your voice and speak; otherwise, I will have you removed from the court. In my 23-year career, no one has spoken in this manner." The Chief Justice seemed somewhat distressed during the argument. He scolded the lawyer, questioning his professional conduct, and asked, "As a lawyer by profession, you should be aware of where you are appearing. Do you shout at justices every time?"

"Please lower your voice first. If you think you can intimidate us by raising your voice, you are wrong. This has not happened in 23 years, and it will not happen even in the final years of my career." then said the CJI.

Chandrachud reprimanded the lawyer and said – You should talk in a low voice, otherwise I will get you thrown out of the court. No one has talked like this in my 23-year career. So don't do it further.

CJI said- Do you shout at every justice like this?

CJI Chandrachud also looked a little upset during the debate. Raising questions on the working of the lawyer, he said – You are a lawyer by profession, you know where you are appearing. Do you yell at Justice like this every time?

After this, the CJI insisted the lawyer to remain within his limits and said – Please lower your voice first. If you think you can scare us by raising your voice, you are wrong. This has not happened in 23 years and I will not let it happen in the last year of my career also.

Lawyer apologizes after being reprimanded.
