When, an advocate mentioned a matter before the bench of Justices Dinesh Maheshwari and Hrishikesh Roy for modifying an order passed by the bench yesterday got angry and told the advocate "what is this going on in this court, where are we taking this court? What is this going on in this Court? We have never heard of this kind of practice in the Supreme Court. We are very Sorry. We want to get educated, Educate us today. We will not hear any matter today, educate us."

5 oral mentioning were made before the bench when the court set at 10:45 today. Every mentioning was of a different nature and in every mentioning made today Justice Maheshwari and justice Roy said "We are sorry; what kind of mentioning is this; Where are you taking this Court."

The first mentioning which was made by an advocate was for asking the court to deliver the judgment which was heard by the bench of Justice Maheshwari and Justice Dhulia. The Advocate said that the matter was heard and judgment was reserved on 15.11.2022. The court said that we will now release the matter and it would be heard again.

The Court made the same observation when another matter was mentioned by a Senior Counsel. This matter was mentioned in the listed mentinioing yesterday. The court said that we are not going to overwrite the order passed yesterday only because a senior advocate is appearing today. The Court again expressed its anguish. 

Again a similar mentioning was done and the court got annoyed and said we are releasing the board and we want to get educated today.

The last matter when was mentioned before Justice Maheshwari, for modifying the order, and the court got very annoyed and made very serious remarks in the court. The Court listed the matter at the end of the board to pass the necessary order.
