Law Officers Re-Appointed ASGs: Central Government Re-Appoints Four Law Officers as Additional Solicitors General in Four High Courts

The central government has re-appointed four law officers as Additional Solicitors General (ASGs) in four different High Courts in India. The re-appointments were approved by the Appointments Committee of the Union Cabinet (ACC). The four law officers who have been re-appointed are:

Chetan Sharma: He will continue serving as Additional Solicitor General at the Delhi High Court.

  1. Satya Pal Jain: He will serve as Additional Solicitor General at the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
  2. Devang Girish Vyas: He will serve as Additional Solicitor General at the High Court of Gujarat.
  3. Dr Krishna Nandan Singh: He will serve as Additional Solicitor General at the Patna High Court.

According to the communication issued by the Department of Personnel and Training, their re-appointments will be valid for a period of three years or until further orders, whichever comes earlier.
