The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended Justice Justice Shree Chandrashekhar transfer to the Rajasthan High Court. 

Justice Justice Shree Chandrashekhar, the senior-most Judge of the High Court of Jharkhand, has requested his transfer from the High Court of Jharkhand. 

The SC Recommendation reads as under:-

SUPREME COURT OF INDIA

Re: Transfer of Mr Justice Shree Chandrashekhar, Judge, High Court of Jharkhand.

By a communication dated 29 December 2023, Mr Justice Shree Chandrashekhar, senior-most Judge of the High Court of Jharkhand has requested for his transfer from the High Court of Jharkhand.

Acceding to his request, the Collegium resolves to recommend that Mr Justice Shree Chandrashekhar, be transferred to the Rajasthan High Court.
