Sr. Advocate and one of the greatest Jurists of today's time Sh. Fali S. Nariman passed away today in the morning. He was 95 years old.

He has argued a number of cases before the Supreme Court and various High Courts in India. He has argued in cases which have become law of the land. He has been honoured with the Padma Bhushan and Padma Vibhushan awards. He remained Additional Solicitor General of India from 1972-1975.

Nariman has written a book "Before memory fades".

He is survived by R.F. Nariman who has retired as Supreme Court judge.
