The Delhi High Court has announced the procedure for mentioning and hearing urgent matters during the summer vacation period, which runs from June 1 to June 30.
The arrangement is as follows:
- Justice Dinesh Kumar Sharma and Justice Vikas Mahajan from June 01 to June 08
- Justice Neena Bansal Krishna and Justice Amit Sharma from June 09 to June 16
- Justice Sudhir Kumar Jain and Justice Ravinder Dudeja from June 17 to June 23
- Justice Mini Pushkarna and Justice Dharmesh Sharma from June 24 to June 30
During the vacations, judges will convene in Division Benches and individually to hear urgent civil and criminal matters.
“Ordinarily the' Hon'bIe Judges will sit in Court on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and such other days as they may think fit at 10.30 A.M. The sitting may continue for the next succeeding day if matters fixed for any day are not finished on that day,” the notification issued on May 22 reads.
