Delhi Court grants NOC to Rahul Gandhi for a passport for three years

Delhi court has granted Rahul Gandhi, a Congress leader, a no-objection certificate (NOC) for obtaining an ordinary passport for a period of three years.

It is mentioned that Gandhi approached the court after surrendering his diplomatic passport upon his disqualification as a Member of Parliament (MP).

The judge reportedly informed Gandhi's lawyer that the application was partly allowed, granting the passport for three years instead of the requested 10 years.

Additionally, it is stated that Rahul Gandhi is an accused in the National Herald case, with BJP leader Subramanian Swamy serving as the complainant.
