Delhi Court on Saturday, convicted man accused of raping and murdering several children.
The accused hails from Kasganj in Uttar Pradesh. He allegedly committed the crimes in the areas of Delhi-NCR and Western Uttar Pradesh.
As per the allegations, the accused is addicted to alcohol and drugs and used to commit crimes in an inebriated state. He used to lure children with sweet treats, and then rape and murder them.
