CJI to felicitate new batch of Advocates on Records

The Supreme Court Advocates on-Record Association (SCAORA) is hosting a special event on September 26, 2023, at the Supreme Court of India. This event is dedicated to recognizing and celebrating the newly appointed Advocates-on-Record from the 2023 batch.

The event will be graced by the presence of esteemed figures, including the Hon’ble Chief Justice of India, Dr. D.Y. Chandrachud, as well as Hon’ble Supreme Court Justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul and S. Ravindra Bhat. Notably, both Justice Kaul and Justice Bhat have excelled in their respective Advocates onRecord examinations in the past.

This year's felicitation will honor approximately 260 Advocates on-Record, Mr. Sachin Sharma, the Joint Treasurer of SCAORA, confirmed this information during a conversation with The Law Advice.

The top achievers in the Advocates on-Record 2023 examinations are Mr. Anmol Anand and Mr. Geet Ahuja, securing the first ranks, while Ms. Vrinda Bhandari has secured the second rank.

The function would be held on 26.09.2023  at 4:00 pm  at Auditorium 3rd floor, C- Block  Additional Building Supreme Court of India.
