Chief Justice MS Ramachandra Rao Redistributes Administrative and Executive Duties Among High Court Judges with Immediate Effect

Chief Justice MS Ramachandra Rao of Himachal Pradesh High Court has reorganized the Administrative and Executive Business pertaining to Civil and Sessions Divisions in the state amongst the Judges of the High Court from immediate effect.

According to the notification released by the Registrar General of the court, Justice Tarlok Singh Chauhan has been assigned the responsibilities of the Civil and Sessions Division, Shimla division. Similarly, Justice Vivek Singh Thakur has been entrusted with the administrative and executive duties of the Civil and Sessions Division, Kangra at Dharamsala.

Justice Ajay Mohan Goel has been assigned the responsibility of overseeing the work of the Civil and Sessions Division in Mandi, while Justice Sandeep Sharma has been tasked with managing the Solan divisions.

Furthermore, the duties of the Una Division have been entrusted to Justice Jyotsna Rewal Dua, while Justice Satyen Vaidya has been assigned the administrative and executive tasks of Sirmaur district at Nahan.

Justice Sushil Kukreja has been designated to oversee the operations of the Civil and Sessions Division in Kullu, while Justice Virender Singh will be responsible for the Civil and Sessions Division in Hamirpur.

Additionally, Justice Ranjan Sharma will oversee the work in Chamba district, Justice Bipin Chander Negi has been assigned the Sessions Division in Bilaspur, and Justice Rakesh Kainthla will handle the duties in Kinnaur district.
