For the first time in the History of the Supreme Court of India, the Chief Justice of India would be honored by Harvard Law School with a prestigious Legal Profession Award for Global Leadership.

Chief Justice Chandrachud had done his LLM and SJD from the Harvard Law School. The award ceremony would be online on the 11th January, this month at 7 IST.

Chief Justice Chandrachus would also join past recipients such as Samantha Power, Brad Smith, Kenneth Frazier, Lazard Freres, Late Vernon Jordan.
