The Central Government Issues Notification Regarding Transfer of Justice Sujoy Paul from Madhya Pradesh High Court to Telangana High Court

"In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 222 of the Constitution of India, the President, after consultation with the Chief Justice of India, is pleased to transfer Shri Justice Sujoy Paul, Judge, High Court of Madhya Pradesh, as Judge of Telangana High Court and to direct him to assume charge his office in the Telangana High Court" the notification reads.

Justice Sujoy Paul, who was admitted to the bar in 1990, assumed the role of Judge at the Madhya Pradesh High Court in 2011, and subsequently became a permanent Judge on April 14, 2014.
